We provide comprehensive training and a clear path to becoming an MOC Engineer.
Short Term Planner:
- Plans and schedules maintenance workorders, both scheduled and unscheduled.
- Works with advanced digital systems for maintenance planning.
- Coordinates with maintenance organizations and material supply to ensure effective planning.
Maintenance Operations Center Technical Support Engineer:
- Analyzes fleet defects, identifies fault patterns, and proposes solutions using advanced software.
- Uses predictive maintenance tools to issue workorders and prevent aircraft defects.
Maintenance Operations Center Engineer:
- Provides technical expertise and support to flight crews in case of technical problems.
- Monitors fleet health using advanced software to ensure airworthiness.
- Manages and organizes aircraft AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery.
- Collaborates with aircraft manufacturers, P21 engineering, and material teams for troubleshooting.
Maintenance Operations Center Manager:
- Leads a team of MOC engineers to ensure safe and timely maintenance activities.
- Monitors technical KPIs and proposes corrective actions.
- Develops and implements effective shift plans.
Mechanic:
- Supports a team of technical engineers by performing maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Travels on an ad-hoc basis to support aircraft recovery from AOG.
Cat "A" Engineer:
- Performs technical inspections, defect rectification, and testing.
- Travels on an ad-hoc basis to support aircraft recovery from AOG.
Cat "B" Engineer:
- Independently performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft.
- Leads a team of mechanics and Cat A engineers.
- Ensures aircraft are released to service after maintenance is completed and manages AOG recovery.
- Travels on an ad-hoc basis to support aircraft recovery from AOG.
Maintenance Operations Center Engineer:
