JOB TITLE: ATO Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager 

BASE: BUD - Office  

 

 

Place in the organisation:

The ATO Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager reports to the ATO Compliance Monitoring Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

The ATO Compliance Monitoring Assistant Manager is responsible for:

  • Supporting the ATO Compliance Monitoring Manager with active participation in:
    • Maintaining the annual audit plan;
    • Preparing, planning, and following up internal and contractor audits;
    • Monitoring the timely completion of corrective actions proposed by the auditees;
    • Conducting inspections;
    • Keeping the compliance monitoring system’s documentation and records up-to-date;
    • Creating periodic reports to the ATO Accountable Manager on all compliance monitoring matters;
  • Liaising with the ATO Head of Training and the ATO Chief Flight Instructor – ATP(A) on all compliance monitoring matters related to the integrated ATP(A);
  • Liaising with service providers in regards of compliance monitoring aspects of the integrated ATP(A) training courses.

 

Skills and competencies:

  • Experience in aviation;
  • Strong people management and leadership;
  • Good commercial and financial acumen;
  • Sound knowledge of EASA regulations.

 

Minimum requirements:

 

  • Completed bachelor’s degree;
  • Native, or similar standard of spoken and written English;
  • Minimum 2 years of aviation experience is preferred.
  • Obtaining any the following trainings is an advantage:
    • EASA Aircrew Regulation;
    • Auditing techniques in FCL environment;
    • Basic SMS.
