Purpose of the role:

 

In this role the jobholder will be responsible for quality and efficient Relocation and contracting domain operations, improving employee experience by ensuring a smooth operating model in relation to the employee life cycle, relocation and contracting processes. The jobholder acts as the first point of contact for escalated issues related to employee service matters. The Immigration and Contracting Supervisor will report to the Contracting and Immigration Solutions Manager.

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for operative functioning of the organization
  • Responsible for master data accuracy (internal/external)
  • Proactively seeks opportunities and supports long-term process improvement and automation projects
  • Executes and manages Relocation and Contracting Domain initiatives in long-term value creation and process redesign coordination in a joint effort with Relocation and Contracting domain lead, Transformation lead and HR Systems lead
  • Responsible for overall external service provider management for the proper and timely execution of SLAs and active collaboration to ensure quality process execution and serves as an escalated point for issues
  • Responsible for communication of changes related the processes (e.g.: new salary scheme, new contract templates, etc.)
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and realization of KPIs as well as escalating potential risk factors that arise and escalates to the Domain Lead if necessary
  • Responsible for reviewing the status update part in the service provider's system for data accuracy on a weekly basis and escalate to the service provider if needed
  • Preparation of regular and ad hoc executive Domain reports
  • Responsible for the distribution and management of the preparation of employee lifecycle documents (e.g.: tax forms, certificates, etc.)
  • Ensure that relevant departments are properly recruiting employees according to the relocation rules.
  • Oversees employee process flow (new hires, transfers, terminations, contract modifications) and data accuracy of employee management system
  • Prepares non-standard contracts and terminations
  • Oversees the proper flow of base change process and serves as the first escalated point of contact for delays.
  • Coordinates process specialists work on a daily basis


 

 

Requirements:

 

  • College or University degree
  • 1+ years of experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in coordinating operational teams with different backgrounds & professional orientations
  • Analytical thinking, good problem solving and well-organized way of working
  • A continuous improvement mindset with focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itself
  • Advanced computer skills, including Office applications, combined with tech & digitalization affinity, experience with SAP/Payroll systems will be an advantage
  • Excellent English and additional European language will be a valuable advantage
  • Good communication and people management skills
