The Airport Development East Department plays a key role in Wizz Air’s growth, acting as the strategic bridge to airports across the region. The team drives negotiations, contract management, and airport traffic analysis, ensuring the airline’s airport partnerships are successful and sustainable. Through data insights, contract management, and strategic collaboration, the department enhances operational efficiency and supports the airline’s expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market intelligence (competitive entries, market news, etc.) to provide valuable insights across the organization
- Negotiation Support: Build negotiation skills by attending meetings with stakeholders alongside Airport Development managers
- Contract Administration: Assist with administrative tasks related to contracting, inventory management, and invoice control
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing reports for airport partners
- Traffic Analysis: Prepare statistics on airport traffic trends to support decision-making
- Monitor Contracts: Track contractual obligations of current deals and ensure compliance
- Automation & System Testing: Support automation tasks and system testing to improve efficiency

The Cabin Operations Department ensures that the largest part of Wizz Air’s team—the Cabin Crew—operates in line with high standards of service and safety. Managers within this team work on processes and procedures, collaborating with in-house service providers such as Logistics and Rostering to optimize performance. This department ensures that the crew’s work environment fosters high engagement, motivation, and exceptional service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Automatization Leadership: Co-lead automatization processes alongside Senior Managers to streamline operations
- Project Management: Lead short-term projects and developments within the department
- Crew Engagement: Develop and implement ideas to engage and motivate cabin crew, ensuring high levels of morale and performance
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Local Base Managers to create recognition programs that reward crew members at different bases, promoting consistent motivation across the network

The Customer Experience (CX) Department is dedicated to enhancing customer confidence in travel by optimizing every stage of the customer journey. With a strong focus on digital touchpoints and a seamless end-to-end experience, the team ensures that Wizz Air consistently meets and exceeds passenger expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction Analysis: Develop a unified and automated dashboard for Customer Satisfaction Survey results across all contact center channels (calls, claims, chat)
- Traffic Forecasting: Transform the contact center volume forecasting approach into a real-time dashboard for short/mid-term predictions
- Cost & Budget Control: Build and implement an indicator panel to monitor actual and forecasted costs, ensuring an always-updated budget outlook
- Project Support: Participate in ad hoc sprint projects (30% of your time) to assist in weekly/monthly CX initiatives and cross-functional collaborations

The Group Training Department is responsible for training new pilots and cabin crew under Wizz Air’s Approved Training Organization (ATO) and Cabin Crew Training Organization (CCTO). As a trainee, you’ll work with cutting-edge training systems, help automate processes, and contribute to the continuous development of training workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in system configuration and updates
- Ensure compliance with standard configurations (notifications, metadata)
- Act as 1st level technical support before escalating to vendors
- Manage and modify workspaces related to Group Training

- Safety Management System: Participate in the development of the Aviation Safety Management System and contribute to ensuring the safe operation of aircraft
