DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN - A320 TYPE RATED
- Minimum 3.500 factorized hours*
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) on Airbus A320
- 500HRS PIC hours (field) on Aircraft type ICAO (field): Airbus A320 family
- Last commercial flight within the preceding 6 months (preferable, not hard limit due to COVID-19 effects)
- Minimum 500 hours actual flight time as Commander on Airbus A320 aircraft**
- Minimum 300 hours actual flight time on Airbus A320 in the last 12 months** (preferable, not hard limit due to COVID-19 effects)
NOTES:
*Factorized hours: Wizz Air applies factors to pilot flying hours to determine minimum requirements for Commanders. A pilot's hours flown in each category are multiplied by the applicable factor from the below table. The sum of all groups after factorization will be used to determine whether the pilot meets the minimum required experience.
**Ultra-light aircraft, power gliders, simulator and helicopter hours are excluded. PIC hours are pilot in command hours. This does not include PICUS hours.
DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN - NON-TYPE RATED
- Minimum 3.500 factorized hours*
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) on any type
- Last commercial flight within the preceding 6 months (prefereble, not hard limit due to COVID-19 effects)
AND
- 1.000 hours as Commander on Airbus FBW aircraft operating in airline environment**
OR
- 1.500 hours on CS25 turbojet aircraft with a MTOM > 50.000 kg AND 1000 hours as Commander on aircraft with a MTOM > 50.000 kg operating in airline environment**

- Minimum 500 hours multi crew operation experience*
- Last flight within the preceding 6 months (preferable, not hard limit due to COVID-19 effects)
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) on Airbus A320
- Minimum 300 hours on Airbus A320 in last 12 months* (preferable in the last 12 months, not hard limit due to COVID-19 effects
- ATPL theory completed*** (certificate or license endorsement as remark)
NOTES:
*Ultra-light aircraft, power gliders, simulator and helicopter hours are excluded
**ATPL theory certificate issued by appropriate CAA or entered into the license.
FIRST OFFICER - NON-TYPE RATED - EXPERIENCED
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) for Multi-Engine aeroplane (ME) or other Type Rating
- Minimum 500 hours multi crew operation experience*
- Last flight within the preceding 6 months (preferable, not hard limit due to COVID-19 effects)
- ATPL theory completed** (certificate or license endorsement as remark)
- MCC course completed*** (certificate or license endorsement as remark)
- JOC course completed**** (certificate or license endorsement as remark)

**ATPL theory certificate issued by appropriate CAA or entered into the license
***MCC is not required if multi-crew aircraft flown before or complex type rating (e.g. B737) completed

FIRST OFFICER - NON-TYPE RATED - CADET LEVEL

- Total 145 hours actual flight time on fixed wing aircraft* with integrated ATPL theory completed
OR
- Total 200 hours actual flight time on fixed wing aircraft* with CPL/IR training completed in modular system
