Central Compliance Junior Manager

Central Compliance Junior Manager is responsible for managing the compliance areas of the Central operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess industry legislation changes, compliance requirements that may impact the Operations Department, including but not limited to Cabin Operations, Flight Operations, Planning, Security, Safety, and Compliance. 
• Design, manage, and continuously optimize the central compliance monitoring framework across Cabin Operations, Crew and Operations Control, Crew Training, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Resources, and Crew Planning. 
• Ensure that Central Operations services are monitored for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, additional standards, including IOSA ISARPs, national regulations, and Wizz Air internal requirements, while coordinating compliance activities under the supervision of the respective Manager. 
• Create, manage, and maintain the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan for the assigned areas of responsibility, including audits, inspections, and follow-up activities. 
• Coordinate and support Operations functions during internal and external audits, ensuring timely preparation and closure of findings. 
• Manage and develop regular Safety and Compliance reports, including oversight of EASA Part-IS related compliance monitoring activities. 
• Manage, coordinate, and actively participate in relevant weekly and monthly governance meetings. 
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects related to Compliance Monitoring and operational governance. 
• Create and oversee root cause analyses, corrective action plans, and the effective follow-up of mitigation measures to ensure sustainable compliance improvements. 

Experience

1-3+ years of experience, desirable experience in aviation 

Hard skills

• Knowledge of Aviation regulations. 
• Auditor skills 
• Advanced computer user skills 

Trainings:

• External: SMS training, Auditing training, Communication as per IMSM 
• Internal: SMS and FRM trainings as per IMSM 

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 

Language

Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
