Crew Training Records Specialist 

Based in Budapest 

Purpose of the position:

To ensure effective administration, regulatory compliance, and continuous support of all training-related processes across all AOCs. The role is accountable for maintaining accurate training records, crew qualifications, and regulatory documentation to the highest standards, directly contributing to operational readiness and aviation safety.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensuring that there is a record-keeping process training available and that it meets acceptable standards;  
• Performing record-keeping related administrative updates in response to a change in the requirements;  
• Fulfilling the responsibilities of a Crew Training Records Specialist;  
• Supporting the Crew Training Records Manager with active participation in:  
  • Providing periodic reports to the AOC Crew Training Manager about crew qualifications status, or any training-related non-compliances;  
  • Providing periodic reports to the Senior Manager Flight Crew Training about crew qualifications status, or any training-related non-compliances;  
  • Providing periodic reports to the Senior Manager Cabin Crew Training about crew qualifications status, or any training-related non-compliances;  
  • Ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly in resolution for any training-record related non-compliances;  
  • Ensuring that crew training records are stored according to the AOC requirements;  
  • Ensuring that crew training records are stored according to the ATO requirements;  
  • Ensuring that crew training records are stored according to the CCTO requirements; 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• 1-3 years of experience, aviation experience is an advantage
• Computer literacy (Ms Office)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.  
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
