Crew Training System Junior Manager 

Based in Budapest 

 

 

Purpose of the role

The Crew Training System Manager is responsible for establishing structured system governance and standardized decision making in line with business objectives and goals. A crucial aspect of this role is to serve as a point of contact between vendors while also ensuring smooth project coordination with various stakeholders in both the digital and business departments. 

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the crew training management domain in Group Operations Core Systems CoE 
  • Ensure structured system governance and standardized decision making 
  • Regular liaison with all business stakeholders 
  • Vendor and contract management 
  • Understand business objectives and goals 
  • Joint assessment of AOC requests with digital 
  • Coordinate the standardization of training management domain specific requirements 
  • Facilitate training management domain related group level change management 
  • Prepare Training Management domain development roadmaps 
  • Project coordination with each system manager, digital and business stakeholders 
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Group Operations Core Systems CoE Lead 

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of overall working experience with 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant role 
  • Experience and knowledge about airline training management domain and systems 

Hard skills

Good computing knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 

Language

Fluent English (both written and spoken) 

Skills and competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Relevant core system and regulatory environment knowledge 
  • Drive to learn and improve professionally
