E-Commerce Solution Architect 

Based in BUD - Office 

Purpose of the role:

Join us as an e-Commerce Solution Architect at WizzAir, where you will spearhead the advancement of our digital platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the online experience for our customers through innovative solutions on our website and mobile applications. Your expertise will guide the architectural direction, integrating cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with diverse teams. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer interaction with our brand, aligning digital strategies with business objectives, and fostering growth in our dynamic aviation sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret business requirements to identify impactful technology solutions.
• Lead the design and planning of the implementation of selected solutions on platforms like websites and mobile applications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ensuring the successful deployment of solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and refine solutions post-implementation.
• Define, document, and communicate the overall solution architecture.
• Evaluate and select suitable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with substantial exposure to customer-facing systems.
• Proven experience in leading successful migration projects from inception to optimization.
• Strong expertise in public cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure or AWS; certifications in these areas preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on practical and efficient solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• A deep understanding of the aviation industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
