Employer Brand Manager 

Based in BUD - Office 

 

 

Purpose of the position:

The Employer Brand Manager plays a key role in attracting top-tier talent, enhancing employer branding, and creating an exceptional candidate experience. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, business leaders, and marketing teams to develop and execute candidate attraction strategies that align with Wizz Air's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead employer branding and talent attraction strategies across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with business and HR goals.
  • Manage and mentor a small team (1 specialist and 1 trainee), setting priorities, providing guidance, and supporting their professional growth.
  • Drive initiatives leveraging multiple platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific communities.
  • Own and execute digital recruitment marketing campaigns (e.g., social media ads, email outreach), continuously optimizing for performance.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality content (videos, infographics, articles, posts) to strengthen the employer brand and attract passive talent.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent employer branding across all recruitment materials and touchpoints.
  • Analyse recruitment campaign performance and sourcing effectiveness; generate insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Plan and manage participation in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on KPIs and performance metrics.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a must
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • 3-5+ years overall working experience, with 2+ years of relevant experience in recruitment, employer branding, or talent acquisition, including at least some leadership or mentoring responsibility
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment campaigns and employer branding projects from planning to execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, sourcing techniques, and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, social media, and content creation tools.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, KPIs, and recruitment metrics reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable balancing operational work with team leadership responsibilities.
