JOB TITLE: HR Systems Project Manager 

BASE: BUD - Office  

 

 

Purpose of the position:

 

In this role the jobholder will be responsible for the growth, development and also operative functioning of the HR Systems Domain, support implementing development projects within HR Ops which ensure long term process improvement.. The jobholder supports the development of automation, digitalization of HR systems and its maintenance. The HR Systems Project Manager will report to the HR Systems and Digitalization Manager.

 

General responsibilities

  • Shadows current processes and advises on efficiency improvements, seeks for new digitalization and automatization solutions and systems
  • Suggests integration solutions with other applications
  • Prepares, participates in and coordinates digital HR projects
  • Ensures proper project communications, supports stakeholder management activities (e.g.: updates, PMO support, communication)
  • Takes ownership in implementation of the mass changes related to the systems (e.g.: myHR)
  • Supports the maintenance for already implemented solutions
  • Communicates with external and internal stakeholders related to projects, maintenance, and new opportunities for development
  • Track the agreed SLAs related to the projects with stakeholders
  • Coordinates testing processes
  • Conducts reports for HR Systems and Digitalization Manager and Head of HR
  • Tracks HR Systems Specialist’s work (e.g.: follow-up on process documentation, SOP creation and updates related tools/systems)
  • Constantly as feedback from the HR Ops organization in order to finetune processes
  • Coordinates end-users trainings on functionality on selected and implemented solutions

People management

  • Ensures constant workforce management of the operational tasks
  • Crosschecks and ensures capacity and resources of the Specialist(s)
  • Establishes a stable knowledge management base in order to ensure continuous business operation
  • Ensures constant performance feedback to Specialist(s)

Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • 3 years of experience in delivering and supporting customer services in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including Office applications, combined with tech and digitalization affinity (e.g.: VBA, Power BI dashboard)
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP functions and digitalization tools
  • Analytical thinking, good problem solving and well-organized way of working
  • Project management experience will be a valuable advantage
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent English, additional European language will be a plus
  • Good communication skills
