Operations Analytics and Projects Manager 

Based in Budapest 

Purpose of the position:

The Manager Operations Analytics and Projects plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of our operational processes. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, project management skills, and a keen understanding of the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational performance and reduce costs
• Conduct benchmarking analysis against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Monitor operations for inefficiencies and proactively identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain KPI reports to evaluate the performance of key operational aspects
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement operational processes and systems
• Ensure adherence to standards and achievement of operational targets
• Develop business intelligence strategies and tools for trend analysis in key areas, including on-time performance, regularity, and aircraft/crew utilization
• Lead the development of tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of tools and systems

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Project management expertise with a track record of successful implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Aviation Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Growth mindset and can-do attitude
• Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
• Good oral and written presentations skills
• Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent spoken / written English
• Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
