JOB TITLE: Product Manager Digital Powered Operations

Purpose of the position:

 

WizzAir is looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Digital Transformation & Innovation team, with a focus on Digital Powered Operations.

As the Digital Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams creating the future of operations processes, data, systems and ways of working.  Using digital solutions and leveraging advanced analytics, Wizz Air will make a step-change in our operational efficiency and performance, and you will be in the lead of that.

 

You will be a go-to partner for selected business functions (including C-suite leaders), a bridge between Business and Digital.  You will align your stakeholders around the product vision, define the goals, roadmap and relentlessly measure outcomes. You have a strong bias for lean, optimization and automation. You will partner closely with your fellow Product Managers to ensure intakes are being assessed, dependencies and synergies mapped.

 

In this role, you will be required to master both Products as well as (agile) Program Management and tailor the approaches to deliver more value faster. You will apply people change management to ensure the adoption of the new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead several teams to evaluate (internal) customer needs, existing processes and solutions, identify improvement and value creation areas
  • Develop product vision, strategy, business case,  and prioritize efforts to create maximum value
  • Responsible for product value delivery, and measuring outcomes through Metrics/ KPIs, and business case realization
  • Lead several projects running in parallel, and pro-actively communicate on all aspects of delivery
  • Provide information for management by preparing short/ long-term forecasts and special reports and analyses
  • Control all costs associated with activities incl. 3rd party vendors
  • Coach team on product and agile program management techniques and methods
  • Challenge status quo, and pro-actively lead improvements in ways of working
  • Stay at the forefront of digital technologies, trends and find opportunities for innovation and hypotheses on how to drive towards specific business goals through our customer experience;

 

About you:

  • You have a proven track record as lead Product Manager and have taken commercial SaaS products to market
  • Experience in leading complex projects to measurable value delivery
  • Experience in lean, business process mapping, and Agile development practices  
  • A strategic thinker able to identify opportunities for growth and value creation
  • Ability to work well under pressure ensuring tasks are prioritized and goals met
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to define value-driven metrics and are familiar with data visualization techniques
  • You  are a cross-functional collaborator and are comfortable presenting in front of Executives
  • Ability to apply product management best practices and frameworks
  • You have the curiosity to continuously improve, and a desire to coach team members
  • You are a pro-active team player, and motivate through leading as an example
  • Completed university, or college degree
