Treasury Systems and Compliance Manager

Purpose of the role

The Treasury Systems and Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting system implementations and process administration in Treasury. The role also involves managing bank compliance matters, project management for treasury initiatives, and ensuring efficient reporting and process mapping to identify and address weaknesses.

Responsibilities

• Managing system and process implementations and administration in Treasury 
• Managing bank compliance matters - build up transparent monitoring for bank compliance items, like corporate and operational signatories 
• Support with system to system communication matters 
• Support with regular and accurate treasury reports (Cash balance management, Forecast building) 
• Project manage general treasury initiatives and improvements 
• Support reporting other cash management initiatives 
• Support the Managers with process mapping to identify key process weaknesses. 
• Support with various mailbox management and ad hoc queries 
• Effectively managing 2 team members and align with peers in a fast-paced envirnment 

Experience

• 3–5+ years of work experience in a multinational corporate environment, 1-3+ years relevant treasury and payments experience 
• Experience in treasury operations is an advantage 

Hard skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
• Good knowledge of payment systems, single bank platforms preferable but not essential 

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Language

Fluent English (both written and spoken)
