Treasury and Cash Management Junior Manager

Purpose of the role

The Treasury and Cash Management Junior Manager is responsible for coordinating cash management and payments as well as risk management related tasks.   

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day administration of treasury systems and processes, ensuring smooth treasury and payment operations and identifying opportunities for incremental improvements 
• Ensure the timely management of payment processing needs, cooperating and coordinating with other team members 
• Ensure oversight and control over cash management procedures, payment and bank statement processing 
• Maintain timely execution of intercompany payments 
• Supervise and enhance company credit card procedures 
• Supervise and maintain bank guarantee issuance, amendment and cancellations 
• Oversee banking compliance activities, ensuring transparent monitoring of key items such as corporate and operational signatories 
• Support the maintenance and optimization of system-to-system integrations and communication within the treasury function. 
• Prepare regular and accurate treasury reports, including Cash Balance dashboard and forecast building 
• Coordinate treasury-related projects and improvement initiatives 
• Contribute to cash management reporting and support various treasury initiatives 
• Assist managers with process mapping to identify key process weaknesses 
• Manage incoming requests from both banking partners and internal peers 

Experience

• 1-3+ years of working experience 
• Experience in multinational working environment is an advantage 
• Experience in treasury operations is an advantage 

Hard skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
• Knowledge of payment systems and single bank platforms is preferable but not essential 

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree 

Language

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
