Wizz Air CONTINUES the WIZZ Management Trainee Program in fall 2022!

 

We would like to give an opportunity for young talents in the last 1-2 years of their University studies, passionate about the aviation, to fly into the world of Wizz Air.
You will discover and experience full scope of activities of
one selected Function within Wizz Air's Headquarter in Budapest. While rotating between the Functional Departments over a period of 1-2 years, you will be learning live from real industry experts, working on transformative, complex projects and can land yourself a full-time employment with Wizz Air.

1. Purpose of the position:

 

In this position, you will be building up a ULCC model expert, we are looking for a  cost aware manager who has the knowledge of applications, processes, techniques, communication to negotiate and deliver best in class contracts, deals and maximize cost savings and benefits.

The aim of the department is to protect the interest and support the growth of Wizz Air in the changing regulatory environment, be a thought leader in sustainability and lead the debate at EU and key countries.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support sustainability and ESG initiatives
  • Understand European Union (e.g. Green Deal) and country specific sustainability and climate change regulation and development
  • Contribute to influencing strategies and position papers
  • Monitor the progress of sustainability KPIs of other departments
  • Support annual emissions data collection and input to sustainability report
  • Working on digitalisation of the department (stakeholder management tool)

 

 

legal DEPARTMENT: 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in contract negotiation meetings
  • Basic support on contract drafting (e.g. proof reading)
  • Support on evidence collection in context of litigation and authority investigations
  • Support on transaction execution (most importantly on Fleet)
  • Carry out various administrative tasks
  • Supporting the team on various process related tasks (process mapping and improvement)
  • Support on budget control and potential tendering of external legal support
  • Support on basic corporate legal tasks

 

 

3. Required Skills and Competencies:

 

  • English fluency
  • Graduating within 2 years from university
  • Strong Microsoft Excel or BI skills, experience of working with large data is a plus
