WIZZ Management Trainee - Network Development West 

Based in BUD - Office 

We’re offering a great opportunity for students in their final 1–3 years of university who are passionate about aviation ✈️ to step into the world of Wizz Air.

You’ll gain hands-on experience at the Budapest HQ, rotate across departments over 1–3 years, work on real projects, learn from industry experts, and potentially land a full-time role afterwards 🚀

NETWORK DEVELOPMENT EAST DEPARTMENT

The Network Development team shapes Wizz Air’s route network, deciding where to expand and how to optimize existing routes.

Responsibilities:

📈 Support route performance assessments
📊 Analyze market trends & prepare reports
🧠 Create ad-hoc analyses for network decisions
✈️ Evaluate route performance & suggest improvements
🔍 Track competitor capacity changes & identify opportunities

Requirements:

✅ English fluency
✅ Graduate within 2 years
✅ Active student status (min. 1 more year in Hungary)
✅ Available at least 25 hours/week
✅ Strong MS Office skills
✅ Previous internship is a plus
✅ Interest across different functions
✅ Passion for aviation ✈️
