Purpose of the role

The Crew Recruitment Marketing & Branding Manager attracts top talent and enhances Wizz Air's employer brand. The role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, and fostering a positive company image to meet recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Wizz Air employer brand and meet Cabin Crew and Flight Crew recruitment targets 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling branding 
  • Share job advertisements across various channels, including job boards, social media, professional communities, and job portals 
  • Optimize job advertisement content for maximum visibility and engagement 
  • Enrich the careers page and social media accounts with multimedia content, such as photos, videos, and employee testimonials 
  • Create engaging posts to highlight company culture and attract potential candidates 
  • Coordinate marketing content development aligned with company values and strategy 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms 
  • Contribute to financial planning related to recruitment marketing and branding activities 
  • Manage recruitment marketing within the set budget, aligning with company targets 
  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns 
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement 

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related roles 
  • Experience in the aviation or transport industry (preferred) 

Hard skills

  • Creative mindset with strong multimedia content creation skills 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics 

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field 

Language

Fluent English (both written and spoken)
