FLIGHT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN - A320 TYPE RATED
- Minimum 3.500 factorized hours*
- Current Airbus A3xx full FBW type rating + IR (combined) in a valid license.
- Minimum 500hrs actual flight time on Airbus A320 airplanes**
- Minimum 1000hrs actual flight time as PIC on Airbus A3xx full FBW airplanes**/***
NOTES:
*Factorized hours: Wizz Air applies factors to pilot flying hours to determine minimum requirements for Commanders. A pilot's hours flown in each category are multiplied by the applicable factor from the table at onedoor.wizzair.com. The sum of all groups after factorization will be used to determine whether the pilot meets the minimum required experience.
** Simulator hours are excluded
*** PIC hours are pilot in command hours. This does not include PICUS hours.
DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN - NON-TYPE RATED
- Minimum 3.500 factorized hours*
- Current multi-engine class/type rating + IR (combined) in a valid license
- Minimum 1 000hrs FT as PIC on certified MPA MET (jet/ fan) with MTOW > 50T in a public CAT operator environment (excluding business/corporate environment)**/***
NOTES:
*Factorized hours: Wizz Air applies factors to pilot flying hours to determine minimum requirements for Commanders. A pilot's hours flown in each category are multiplied by the applicable factor from the table at onedoor.wizzair.com. DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN PROGRAM - AIRBUS FBW EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3.500 factorized hours*
- Current Airbus A3xx full FBW type rating + IR (combined) in a valid license
- Minimum 3.000 hours actual flight time AND 100 landings completed on Airbus A320/A330/A340/A350/A380 (in combination)**
NOTES:
*Factorized hours: Wizz Air applies factors to pilot flying hours to determine minimum requirements for Commanders. A pilot's hours flown in each category are multiplied by the applicable factor from the table at onedoor.wizzair.com. The sum of all groups after factorization will be used to determine whether the pilot meets the minimum required experience.

DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN PROGRAM - TURBOJET
- Minimum 3.500 factorized hours*
- Current multi-engine class/type rating + IR (combined) in a valid license
- Either:

Minimum 1 500hrs FT on certified MPA MET(jet/ fan) with MTOW > 50T in a public CAT operator environment (excluding business/corporate environment),
OR
-
Minimum 500hrs FT as PIC on certified MPA MET (jet/fan) airplanes with MTOW ≥ 20T in any CAT operator environment (including business/corporate environment). **

FIRST OFFICER - A320 TYPE RATED - EXPERIENCED
- Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A320*
- Current A320/IR ratings (combined) in a valid license
- In case of CPL(A) license: ATPL theory completed**

**ATPL theory certificate issued by appropriate CAA or endorsed in the license.
