AOG Desk Specialist

Key responsibilities:
- Communication and coordination with Maintenance Providers, Maintenance Control Center, Planners, affected suppliers and other involved parties in the event of AOG in order to achieve the most efficient recovery of the aircraft
- Procure urgently needed aircraft spare parts including placing Purchase-, Repair-, Loan- and Exchange Orders
- Arranging, tracking, and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide
- Arranging the delivery of parts from the main base to other stations
- Coordination of case-to-case logistic activities worldwide
- Ensure the availability of material for open Work Orders, especially for MEL (Minimum Equipment List) related requests
- Participate in production meetings and represent the Supply Team
- Report the status of deliveries in a continuous manner to all involved departments
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Aerospace, Mechanical, Transportation or Electrical Engineering (minimum - BSc);
- Fluency in English.
- A320FAM CEO/NEO type training is an advantage;
- A330FAM type training is an advantage;
- A recognized EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety and Human Factor certificate is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations;
- Good knowledge of AMOS and MS Office tools.
