Component Logistics Coordinator Student 

Based in BUD - Office 

COMPONENT LOGISTICS COORDINATOR STUDENT

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Monitoring: Keep a close eye on daily stock levels of aircraft components to ensure availability and readiness for operations
• Shipment Tracking: Follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical hiccups
• System Updates: Maintain accurate records by updating and correcting logistics data in internal systems
• Reporting: Generate insightful daily and weekly reports to support decision-making and enhance operational transparency
• Consumption Forecasting: Analyze usage patterns to project future component needs and support proactive inventory planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 30 hours/week at least 6 months
• Current University Student in any Engineering or logistic field
• Desired personal traits: energetic, eager to learn, analytical mindset
• Desire to develop a career in the aviation industry
• Good communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in English
