Fatigue Risk Manager

The FRM Manager is reporting to the Senior Manager Safety when performing safety duties defined by this manual.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the FRM Manager are:
- Leading the development, maintenance and continuous improvement/review of Wizz Air’s Fatigue Risk Management Program (FRMP);
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of FRM related policies, procedures and manuals;
- Embed FRM into Wizz Air’s safety culture;
- Performing FRM training for management and crew members;
- Coordination of FRM related activities of airline operations departments;
- Managing FRM projects and risk mitigation of FRM related issues (hazards);
- Ensuring the preparation, edition and distribution of quarterly FRM updates, bulletins and communications to employees;
- Initiate FRM investigations, surveys, studies and reviews;
- Managing the recording of the distributed updates on the company server as relevant;
- Providing periodic FRM reports;
- Actively participate in safety meetings such as SRB, SAG, FSAG, etc.;
- Participation in monthly roster review meeting;
- Monitoring of industry trends and hazards for implementation of proactive mitigating actions in the company;
- Liaison with the Competent Authority on all FRM related matters;
- Attending and representing Wizz Air on FRM conferences if assigned.
Skills and competencies
- Fluent English / advanced computer user skills;
- Good communication;
- Data analysis skills and good knowledge of statistics;
- Understanding of safety culture and basics.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Knowledge of aviation regulations, especially ORO.FTL;
- Significant experience in FRM.
- Cabin Crew/Pilot experience is an advantage
- If you already managed a team, it is an advantage
