Key responsibilities:
- Communication and coordination of Maintenance Providers, Maintenance Control Center, Planners, affected suppliers and other involved parties in the event of AOG in order to achieve the most efficient recovery of the aircraft
- Procurement of urgently needed aircraft spare parts incl. placing Purchase-, Repair-, Loan- and Exchange Orders
- Arranging, tracking, and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide
- Arranging the delivery of parts from the main base to other stations
- Coordination of case-to-case logistic activities worldwide
- Ensuring the availability of material for open Work Orders, especially for MEL (Minimum Equipment List) related requests
- Participate on production meetings and representing the Supply Team
- Report the status of deliveries in a continuous manner to all involved departments
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably Aerospace, Mechanical, Transportation or Electrical Engineering (minimum - BSc);
- Fluent English knowledge.
- A320FAM CEO/NEO type training is an advantage;
- A330FAM type training is an advantage;
- A recognized EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety and Human Factor certificate is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of Part-145 and Part-M regulations;
- Good knowledge of AMOS and MS Office tools.
