Group Training Assistant Student

Responsibilities

• ✈️ Support new Flight Crew with logistics arrangements and onboarding matters

• 🔄 Assist Flight Crew during onboarding by monitoring workflows, handling communication, and liaising internally and externally

• 📊 Support the onboarding team with daily operational tasks (reports, document control, ad-hoc duties)

Minimum Requirements

• 🎓 Active student status for at least the next 2 semesters

• ⏱️ Availability to work 30 hours/week

• 🌍 Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken & written)

• 💻 Experience with relevant computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• 🚀 Proactive, positive, problem-solving mindset
