Purpose of the position

The Office Recruitment Leader is responsible for people and process management within Wizz Air's office recruitment team. Their main aim is going to be  developing and implementing effective recruitment practices to ensure the organization is well-equipped to meet the organizational demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the recruitment team and its performance
  • Establish recruitment metrics reporting and continuously drive improvement of KPIs by closely collaborating with senior management
  • Coordinate with department managers/senior management to forecast future hiring needs
  • Advise & train hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, universities and other partners

Requirements:

  • College or University degree
  • Minimum 4+ years overall and 1+ years’  leadership experience within recruitment
  • Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Precise & punctual working manner
  • Proactive approach and positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
  • Fluent English
