Operations Support Assistant Student
Based in BUD - Office
PLACE IN THE ORGANIZATION
The Operations Support Assistant reports to the Operations Support Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Support Assistant is responsible for:
- Immigration
- Sending e-mail notifications to partners about immigration violation cases
- Supporting airport helpdesk on decision-making of rebooking inadmissible passengers
- API/PNR
- Supporting the compliance with Advanced Passenger Information requirements
- Liaising with central authorities, cooperating with Border Forces to follow up on missing or incorrect data transmission and assist with issue resolution both internally and externally
- Uniform
- Approving uniform exchange requests and assisting on solving questions from the crew
- Stationery
- Supporting ad-hoc stationery requests
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Active student status for the next 2 semesters
- 20 hrs/week availability
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to work during the weekends
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Computer proficiency
