Operations System Compliance & Process Manager 

Based in Budapest 

Purpose of the position

The System Compliance & Process Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, improving and driving standardized processes for business stakeholders in full compliance with the internal and external regulatory requirements. Governance, standardized process and compliance management are key to scalability and to achieve operations excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote compliance with relevant regulations
• Evaluate, analyze and improve the effectiveness of established processes
• Align with the Operations System Manager to understand business objectives and goals for priorities
• Keep up to date with industry standards and best practices
• Conduct system related trainings and foster best practices
• Drive and implement changes
• Update and maintain process documentation
• Support regular compliance audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement with relevant stakeholders
• Conduct regular process audits, support stakeholders in regular audits
• Understanding of system capabilities, parameters, configurations
• Regular liaison with all business and digital stakeholders
• Any other tasks assigned by Operations System Manager

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge about airline operations management domain and systems 
• Process management and mapping skills
• Relevant core system and regulatory environment knowledge
• Drive to learn and improve professionally
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Completed College or University degree
