Organizational Development Student 

Based in BUD - Office 

 

 

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Organizational Development Team as an Organizational Development Intern.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of organizational development, providing valuable insights into the processes that drive effective team and organizational growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Headcount Management: Provide administrative support in managing HC files, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Data Collection and Information Composition: support collecting of data for various HR analytics reports as per request
  • People Cycle Process Support: Assist in routing forms, opening forms, and preparing status reports related to the People Cycle Process
  • Scheduling Exit Interviews: Coordinate and schedule exit interviews, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as needed to support the Organizational Development Team


 

Requirements:

  • Active university full-time student status in Hungary;
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours a week;
  • English proficiency;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
