Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Purpose of the position:
This is a role for an experienced and dynamic recruitment professional with exceptional analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with our business leaders to understand current hiring needs, analyzing headcount data, conducting capacity planning, and leading reporting efforts.
Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and pay meticulous attention to detail will be critical in attracting and retaining top-tier talent for our organization. Responsibility:
Workforce and Capacity Planning:
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop workforce plans aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Utilize headcount data and analysis to support capacity planning initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Anticipate future talent requirements and develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled candidates.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Manage the reporting mechanisms to track and analyse key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present recruitment insights, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Process Improvement Projects:
- Support the Senior Manager identifying opportunities to optimize talent acquisition processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices, technology solutions, and innovative approaches to talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor level degree is a must
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, at least 5-6 years of experience, ideally in a corporate enviroment
- Ability to analyse talent gaps, predict future hiring needs, and devise effective recruitment strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in designing and delivering comprehensive recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Experience in leveraging recruitment metrics and data to drive process improvements and enhance recruitment strategies
- Continuous improvement mindset and a track record of implementing best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
