Supervisor Cash Management
Based in BUD - Office
Purpose of the position:
The Team Lead reports to the Treasury Manager and is overall responsible for coordinating cash management and payments as well as liquidity management related tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 2 Treasury Analysts
- Bank account management including maintenance of accurate records of bank accounts, documentation and signatories
- Liaising with banking partners, including KYC, opening and closing bank accounts
- User access management in online banking systems
- Manage payments and group cash position, providing recommendation of investments and cash repatriation
- Preparing and reporting daily cash positioning
- Supporting the short and medium term cash forecasts, including centralising and co-ordinating input from business units and reconciliation with FP&A budgets
- Supporting the issuance of Bank Guarantees in EMEA and the GCC region
- Supporting various Treasury projects, such as banking RFPs, Treasury Management System implementation, system upgrades and implementations, and process improvements
- Manage the intercompany loan facilities
- Maintenance and development of the payments infrastructure
- Maintenance and update of the Treasury procedures
- Provide advice on Treasury matters to business units
- Responsible to ensure completeness and accuracy of outstanding daily tasks by the team, including the escalation of any unresolved issues
Requirements:
- University/college degree in finance, accounting area
- At least 1-3 years of work experience in a multinational corporate environment
- Experience and knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Great business communication skills, excellent command of English
- Experience in cash management and/or treasury operations is an advantage
- Good knowledge on payment systems, single bank platforms preferable but not essential
- Dynamic personality with proactive, positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Highly numerate, analytical and attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with conflicting demands
- Flexibility and team working skills
