The mission of CX department is to bring back customer certainty in travel, meet and exceed customer expectations during the entire customer journey by placing customers in the centre of everything we do, with special focus on digital touchpoints, end to end seamless journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synchronise and develop a unified view and automated dashboard for Customer Satisfaction Survey results for all contact centre channels (calls, claims and chat) in order to support and facilitate insights and improve decision making.
- Transform contact centre traffic forecasting approach based on existing 3 months rolling base volume forecast into a real time view dashboard of expected short/mid-term volumes.
- Build and deploy indictor panel which would execute actual and forecasted costs for timely and automated revisions to have an always updated budget outlook.
- Ad hoc short sprint projects (30% of time) to support CX department in weekly/monthly assignments; assist in cross functional partnerships with the area of responsibility and oversight.

Working in the heart of Digital organization the Digital Engineering & Architecture team is responsible for ensuring stable and sustainable solutions are being delivered within Wizz Air. The main focus of Engineering Management team is on the customer facing e-commerce website (wizzair.com) and mobile app developments aiming for customer journey excellence. The Architecture team plays key role in driving specific analysis, designs, plans and implementations of enterprise grade solutions matching the business requirements.

The purpose of the sustainability team is to coordinate and support the implementation of Wizz Air's sustainability strategy across the Group, collaborating with all internal stakeholders connected to the environmental, social or governance pillar of ESG. The team is also managing the company's annual sustainability disclosures involving alignment and compliance with key ESG frameworks, and the company's greenhouse gas emissions inventory and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular updates on climate related policies affecting the business.
- Assist the team in the recurring benchmark analysis on sustainability best practices in the aviation sector.
- Support the team in the preparation and information collection for the annual sustainability report cycle. Ensure the proper documentation of all information collected.
- Help develop solutions to ensure the continuous improvement of the data granularity and accuracy of the company’s greenhouse gas emissions reporting on Scope 1, 2 and 3.

The Flight Operations department is the heart of Wizz Air AOC’s as responsible for the aviation safety including cabin operations, crew control, planning and responsible for the compliance required by the aviation regulations. It is one of the mandatory connections with the competent aviation authority with close cooperation with the Training Department. Besides the main tasks the management of the pilots is a vital function, where company expectations are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety, security, and regulatory compliance
- Managing the regional organization to secure day-to day operations including on-time performance, project management, pilot number determination and collaboration with Wizz Air’s subsidiaries.
- Close cooperation with the Training Department ensuring that flight crew training is performed according to the relevant regulations and company operation standards.
- Assessing the future potential risk through an active review of future demands in line with projected operational growth, and proactively identify suitable resources, technologies, systems, or processes to mitigate risk.

Marketing is responsible for building Wizz Air’s brand awareness across our focus markets through regional campaigns, social media, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, PR activations, and large-scale marketing stunts. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day execution of regional marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and partnership channels
- Coordinate with creative, media, and social agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign delivery
- Assist with airport marketing agreements, partnership activations, and airport development-related projects
- Support sponsorships, influencer campaigns, events, and special marketing activations
- Maintain and organise internal brand materials and the Wizz Air Brand Hub according to brand guidelines

- Cadet Communication: Respond to administrative inquiries and support communication with cadets.
- Training Planning Support: Assist with training planning reports and resource coordination.

- Training Equipment Coordination: Assist with ordering and managing training equipment.
